First, launch iTunes and make sure you’re logged in with the Apple ID you wish to check. Next, click your account name in the iTunes toolbar and select Account Info from the drop-down menu. Enter your account’s password if prompted. On the Account Info screen, scroll down until you see a section labeled “Purchase History” and click See All.

Here, you’ll see a detailed purchase history for every app, song, TV show, movie, or audiobook ever purchased with your current account. The most recent purchase will be listed at the top of window, while previous purchases are listed by date on the pages below. This will display an itemized receipt for each purchase, with relevant information and pricing for each item downloaded, along with subtotal, tax, and payment information. If you have experienced a problem with a particular purchase, such as a song or video that’s corrupted or an app that won’t launch, you can find the offending item in you iTunes purchase history and select Report a Problem, which takes you to the Apple Support website where you can submit a form explaining the issue to Apple. If you’ve been an iTunes customer for many years your purchase history list may be unwieldy, and finding a particular item may be difficult. To make managing the list easier, you can use the drop-down menu on the first page to jump to a particular month and year. When you’re done viewing your iTunes purchase history, simply jump back to your local media or the iTunes Store using the navigation icons at the top of the screen, or quit the app as desired.
