Hello all, A couple of end users have encountered the above problem. They make changes to pptx files and after the file saves, the file becomes read only (says so on the program window). If they are not paying attention, then any other changes they make to the file need to be saved to another file, which needless to say, is very annoying.

We're going to use this sample document on my desktop. If I just right click on the document and go to properties check the box that says read only and hit okay. That makes the file read only.
